Our customer's greatest return on investment comes from the careful design and implementation of a coherent information technology framework. Today's rapid changes in hardware and software technology frequently drive expectations for increased productivity which may not be justified by a necessary prerequisite commitment to careful planning and implementation. At User-Friendly Computing, we guide our customers through today's minefield of choices and pitfalls to provide them with the proper technology foundation, training, and support. We are a full-service company, providing consulting services, network installation, maintenance, training, support, sales, and service.
We provide regular on-site service at $110/hr (8AM-5PM, Monday-Saturday) within Santa Cruz County. Emergency after hours support is also available at $150/hr with a one hour minimum. Our field repair specialists remain on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We strive for same day service and complete customer satisfaction.
In-house service is available at out shop Monday through Friday from 8AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-5PM. Our in-house diagnostic is a flat fee of $50. In-house labor rates are $95/hr.
